Have you noticed Columbus’ Main Library is looking a bit different?

Construction is under way at the Columbus Metropolitan Library’s Main Branch in downtown Columbus, and the change so far is dramatic! One of CML’s goals for this project was a better connection between the library and the Topiary Park, and, as you can see below, this is in progress. Revitalization of Chillicothe’s Carlisle Building

Schooley Caldwell designed the transformation of the historic Carlisle Block Building in downtown Chillicothe, a landmark that was originally built in 1885 and that had fallen into serious disrepair. The building has been unoccupied since a 2003 fire caused significant damage. Since then, several ideas were explored for its renovation, but none came to fruition. Schooley Caldwell Team Participates in Pelotonia 2015

For the third year in a row, Schooley Caldwell participated in Pelotonia, a grassroots bike tour that raises funds with the goal of ending cancer. 100% of every dollar raised by Pelotonia Riders and Virtual Riders goes directly to fund cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center—Arthur G. Bowling Green State University Greek Housing

Schooley Caldwell is serving as the architect on the Design/Build team for this project, which involves replacing all of the Greek housing on campus with new townhouses. The $30 million project includes housing accommodating thirty Greek chapters with a total of 412 new resident beds. Seven of the thirty chapters are scheduled to be housed in 4-bedroom houses, eleven chapters will have 12-bedroom houses, and fourteen chapters will be housed in 18-bedroom houses. Greater Columbus Convention Center

Schooley Caldwell is the Associate Architect (as a consultant to LMN Architects, the Design Architect and Architect of Record) for a $125 million renovation and expansion project at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The project will revitalize the interior of the convention center and an addition at the north end of the facility will add approximately 40,000 SF of exhibit space and new meeting rooms.
