Columbus, Ohio, 11/24/2008 - Congratulations to the Lazarus Building team on a project well done--the Lazarus renovation project recently received an AIA Columbus Honor Award!
Owned by the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation, the 1,000,000-square-foot Lazarus department store has served as a downtown Columbus landmark since it was built. Now, thanks to the efforts of Design Architect Elkus Manfredi and Architect-of-Record/Engineer-of-Record Schooley Caldwell Associates, it's getting a second life as a mixed-use structure.
