Brian Kiggins, AIA
Senior Associate / Architect
Brian is a valuable resource to the Schooley Caldwell team as a Project Architect for the firm’s architectural design projects including renovations, new building design, and historic preservation projects. His knowledge of construction practices and field experience has proven beneficial as he is able to suggest methods and means to help contractors on the job. As the Project Architect, Brian works with the project manager, design architect and owner to ensure that the project design is correctly translated into documents and that the drawings and specifications are complete, thorough, clear, and concise. He also coordinates the work of our consultants and engineers to incorporate their design and documents into the Construction Documents.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University and is a registered architect in the state of Ohio. He is our resident masonry assessment/repair/renovation expert and is frequently called upon to assess building façades and recommend and design repairs to them.
