Steve serves as a project manager and project architect at Schooley Caldwell, and has worked on some of the firm’s largest projects, including the South High Rises and the North Residential District Transformation, both at The Ohio State University. Steve’s technical and code knowledge are extremely beneficial, particularly on the complex renovation projects that make up the bulk of the firm’s work. He has worked on projects throughout all phases of design and construction, making him a well-rounded and very versatile member of our team.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University and a Master of Architecture from The Boston Architectural College. He lives in Westerville, where he also serves as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals. He has participated in Pelotonia for the past three years (riding 100+ miles in support of cancer research) and this year is again serving as our team’s captain.
When he’s not working, Steve can be found biking, chasing after his daughter, or watching a play in which his multi-talented wife Kate (also a prosecuting attorney), is performing.
